Acroyoga Inversions on Humans

The workshop level is open to everyone. No previous experience is required. You also don't need to bring anyone with you, the pairs and trios are created there. In the first part of the workshop we will delve into support/vertical techniques, ways and drills that make handstands accessible to everyone. In the second part we will work in groups (pairs and trios) applying the supports to our acrobatic couple. Ideal workshop for acrobats, yoga teachers, performers, dancers and in general for those interested in discovering different ways of movement. Bring your good mood, appetite for collaboration and come and fly together!
